How can we help you?

SEPTIC Tank Services

Sanitary Septic Services is the way to go for septic! We break down every service, so you know what you’re paying for! One of our most valued priorities is being transparent and open to our customers. Many people are unaware of how their septic systems work, or even how to treat them! Just like anything else, it takes a level of knowledge, maintenance, and a little bit of care.

Septic Pumping

Standard septic tank pumping charges for a 1000 gallon tank and a 1500 gallon tank is varies. However, if your tank is hidden for external factors or unlocatable, meaning depth over 18 inches, there may be additional costs. Uncovering the tank from beneath a deck, concrete, or any other extensive landscaping other than dirt and grass will be an additional charge. This extra cost will be explained BEFORE any work is performed. Contact us for a free estimate.

Pump Your Septic Tank Regularly

Some neglected septic tanks, being that they haven’t been pumped regularly or there are malfunctions in the system, may have dense solids in the tank. These solids are difficult to process through the hoses to be pumped. In a matter that this occurs, we call this sludge. When septic sludge builds up, it often can make it extremely difficult for the truck to pump the remains out of the tank. However, our solution is to break down the waste using equipment and water to weaken the state of the sludge. Therefore, if your tank is experiencing dense solids an additional charge may occur. These charges are always explained and authorized before any work is performed.

After the tank is pumped, our certified septic technicians will determine the septic system and its components. Several parts of the tank can be hidden depending on the level of waste that is within the tank. Septic tank inspection and recommendations will be given determining on what our septic specialist discovers. If the components and systems are working improperly, the specialist will be able to recommend the next plan of action. These recommendations and services will all be an additional charge. As promised, each and any additional charge will be authorized with signature before any work is performed.
